About Nitha and Aari Petals

Where every stitch blooms

Aari Petals began at a single wooden frame in Kinathukadavu, on the road between Coimbatore and Pollachi. Nitha learned aari embroidery the traditional way, one stitch at a time, and started taking orders for family and neighbours. Word spread through wedding halls and WhatsApp groups, and today the studio makes bridal, party wear and everyday blouses for customers across Tamil Nadu, the rest of India and abroad.

Every blouse is made by one pair of hands. Nitha traces the design, works the frame and oversees the stitching, so the finish you see in the neckline is the same finish you will find inside the sleeve.

What we believe

• Design for the saree, not the catalogue. The blouse should look like it was born with the saree.
• Honest prices, fixed before work starts.
• Comfort matters. Heavy work is balanced with soft lining so the blouse can be worn all day.
